Shipping & Delivery Terms
1. Production Time
All items are handmade in Madeira. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to craft your order before it is ready for collection or delivery. We will email you as soon as it is finished.
2. Collection (“Pick-up”)

| ID | Bring the order-confirmation email or order number. If someone collects for you, please tell us in advance or give them the confirmation email. |
3. Local Delivery (Madeira Island)
| Service area | All addresses on Madeira Island with normal road access. |

| Delivery window | Monday–Friday, 13:00–16:00. We will contact you after checkout to choose a day within this window. |
| Lead time | Delivery takes place up to 2 business days after your items are finished. |
| Cost | FREE on orders of €100 or more Orders below €100 incur a flat €5 delivery fee. |
| Presence | Someone over 18 must be available to receive and sign; second attempts may carry a €5 re-delivery fee. |
4. Holiday & Peak-Season Notes
During Christmas, Flower Festival week, or severe weather, production or delivery may be delayed. We’ll keep you updated immediately if timings change.
